Usage tips

Strike the match head against the ignition strip on the box with firm pressure and a quick motion.

Avoid drafts:
Light candles or other objects in a wind-free area to prevent the flame from flickering or extinguishing.

Keep out of reach of children:
These matches, while elegant, are not toys. Store them in a safe place.

Extinguish correctly:
After use, shake the match to put out the flame or dip the tip in water. Ensure it is fully extinguished before discarding.

Shipping and returns

Payments on the site are secure. Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted and you receive a confirmation email.

SHIPPING
All orders placed from Monday to Thursday will be shipped the following day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday evening or on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

RETURNS
You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from the receipt of your package. You can download the return label provided by our customer service team and drop off your package at the post office or a designated collection point. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and properly protected to prevent damage during transport. Any return that is non-compliant or unsuitable for resale (damaged, broken, used, or soiled) will be refused.
If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of your package at our warehouse.

Crafted in France with love

Our candles, handcrafted in very limited editions in our workshops in the South-West of France, are an expression of sustainable artisanal expertise. They combine the olfactory creativity of perfumer Patrice Revillard with 100% vegetable wax.
